Perma Blend LUXE Carla Ricciardone Enhance Pigments

The Perma Blend LUXE Enhance Set, made in collaboration with Artist Carla Ricciardone, contains 8 EU Reach Compliant Permanent Makeup Pigments. 

These pigments have been formulated as a secondary step to achieve the desired result following use of the Embody set to neutralise the lips. They can also be used on their own as a traditional lip set.
